myLearning Now Integrated with Saybrook's Unified Login
by Carmen Brown - Tuesday, 17 August 2010, 02:29 PM

We are pleased to announce that myLearning, our online classrooms (Moodle), will be integrated into our unified login system starting Tuesday August 17th. Saybrook University uses a unified login to access many of its online resources. This means you need only login to one service (see list below) with one username and password to access our integrated web resources.

You will continue to login to myLearning using your SMS username and password. Simply click on the login link to access the Saybrook unified login page, enter your username and password and you will be automatically re-directed back to myLearning. Follow this same procedure for mySaybrook, SMS and student email.

Security and Auto Logout Warning

To ensure your private information is protected please remember to always logout and close your browser when leaving your computer.

If you are inactive online, not clicking on links (typing, reading or scrolling is NOT considered activity), for 20 minutes, you will see an auto logout warning message with the options to continue or logout. If you do not choose an option within 60 seconds you will automatically be logged out and your work will NOT be saved. This is necessary for security purposes.

Please be mindful to save your work and do not leave the computer with incomplete or unsaved work. If you need to fill out a long form (i.e. an essay or discussion in Moodle or a CV on the web site) it is best to copy and paste from a text file saved on your hard drive.

For more information, please visit our Login Help page

Thank You,
